Michael A. LaVecchia Founder & Managing Partner – LowCountry Capital 

At LowCountry Capital, we focus on delivering intelligent financing solutions for real estate investors who value precision, reliability, and disciplined execution. The firm is led by Michael A. LaVecchia, a seasoned mortgage professional recognized for his consistent production and client-first approach to investor lending. 

Throughout his career in real estate finance, Michael has established himself as a top-producing lending professional, specializing in capital solutions designed for real estate investors and entrepreneurs. His expertise spans DSCR financing, Non-QM lending, rehabilitation loans, ground-up construction financing, and commercial real estate capital solutions. 

Over the course of his career, Michael has structured and facilitated nearly $75 million in real estate financing, working closely with experienced investors to secure capital for acquisitions, refinances, and value-add real estate projects. His ability to analyze complex lending scenarios, structure financing strategically, and guide transactions efficiently through closing has made him a trusted resource for investors operating across multiple markets. 

Michael is known for taking a hands-on, service-driven approach with every client relationship. He works closely with borrowers throughout the entire financing process—ensuring clear communication, efficient execution, and lending solutions tailored to each investor’s long-term objectives. 

Beyond individual transactions, Michael has developed a nationwide network of real estate investors, capital partners, and lending institutions, allowing LowCountry Capital to deliver flexible financing structures for a wide range of investment strategies. 

Michael’s leadership philosophy is grounded in discipline, accountability, and perseverance—values that were instilled early in life when he earned the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, the highest distinction in the Boy Scouts of America. That foundation of leadership and service continues to shape the way he approaches both business and client relationships today. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from East Carolina University’s College of Business, where he was also a founding member of the Alpha Sigma Phi Delta-Eta chapter.
